Kaththi: KJ Yesudas croons for Anirudh

Veteran singer KJ Yesudas is the latest entrant to the already glittering playlist of Anirudh Ravichander’s Kaththi. The song is reportedly named Nee Yaaro and is likely to be a pathos. Yesudas, after a long hiatus, recently sang the Anbulla Appa for Imman in the recently released Sigaram Thodu. Anirudh’s choice of singers for Kaththi album looks interesting with a versatile line-up including Shankar Mahadevan, Shweta Mohan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Vishal Dadlani, Hip Hop Aadhi and Anirudh himself. And, Vijay has crooned the much-anticipated Selfie Pulla, a love kuthu song.

The album is all to release on September 18th, the team confirmed today with an official paper ad. The audio launch event is likely to be low-key and will be attented by the Kaththi team. Directed by AR Murugadoss, Kaththi has Vijay in dual roles and Samantha Ruth Prabhu playing the female lead.
