Kaathodu Kaathanen: GVP’s first single from Jail receives a fantastic response

The first single from GV Prakash’s upcoming film Jail was released yesterday, and received a positive response right from the start. The composer, who has been in some incredible form off late, has got back with another lovable melody that is very soothing on the ears.

Actors Dhanush and Aditi Rao Hydari have together crooned this soulful melody, which is seemingly the flagship love track in the film. While Dhanush stamps his class on it with another great rendition, Aditi is simply superb in her singing debut, and should hopefully get to sing more songs hereon.

The lyric video of the song showcases the composing session with GV Prakash and director Vasanthabalan, along with visuals of Aditi Rao Hydari crooning the song on camera. Glimpses of the film’s scenes shot on the pair of GVP and Abarnathy are also shown.

Kaathodu Kaathanen is on its way to become a big hit, offering some positivity to music buffs during the lockdown.
