What makes it even more special is its bilingual essence – blending Tamil and Telugu lyrics to celebrate the shared cinematic roots of both industries.
In the 1950s, Madras served as the creative hub for South Indian cinema, housing both the Tamil and Telugu film industries. The makers of Kaantha have embraced this historic connection by releasing the song in both languages as one, a fitting tribute to an era that united artists across linguistic lines.
