Jilla, starring Ilaya Thalapathi Vijay & Malayalam Super Star Mohanlal, Pooja held today (March 11) in a simple manner at RB Chowdry sir’s office, Chennai.

Mohanlal who is currently busy with his other prior commitments & Kajal who is currently filming for her All in all Azhagu Raja were not present in this event. Jiiva who is considered to be one of the best buddies for Vijay made sure his presence in this event along with his brother Jithan Ramesh. Also it may be mentioned, RB Chowdry is the producer for this mega budget flick.

Jilla has Vijay, Mohanlal, Kajal, Mahat, Soori in leadl roles. Poornima Bhagyaraj, Thambi Ramiah, Bramanandham, Benjamin (who acted as friend in Thirupaachi for Vijay) will also be seen in supporting roles. Cinematography by Natraj, Dialogues by Baskaran, Art Direction by Rajeevan, Stunts by Anal Arasu, Editing by Praveen KL & Srikant, Music by Imman, Lyrics by Madan Karky, Thamarai and Uga Barathy. This much awaited flick will start rolling from April end or beginning of May and it will hit the screens on Pongal Day, 2014.
