Jigarthanda Double X is my film in theatres after 4 years: Karthik Subbaraj
Renowned filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj is back to theatres after 4 years, with Jigarthanda Double X – his next film featuring Raghava Lawrence and SJ Suryah in the lead roles. In a recent interview, Karthik Subbaraj said that “I am coming back to theatres after 4 years. During Jagame Thandhiram and Mahaan, I argued with my producers to not release the film on OTT. I even thought of not giving them the film’s output, but it would be unethical. However, I have ensured that Jigarthanda Double X will be a crazy theatrical experience.”
Karthik also said that the film is not an action film per se, and will have a lot of drama and politics in it. It is all set to hit the screens tomorrow.
