The makers of Sigma, starring Sundeep Kishan in the lead role, have officially announced the film’s theatrical release date. Directed by Jason Sanjay in his directorial debut, the awaited action entertainer is now scheduled to release worldwide on July 31. The film is being produced by Subaskaran under the Lyca Productions banner.

Billed as a high-stakes heist entertainer, Sigma is said to blend action, comedy, treasure-hunt elements, and thrilling commercial moments. Reports suggest that Jason Sanjay has designed the film as a fast-paced entertainer with an energetic narrative and stylish treatment aimed at appealing to younger audiences.

Apart from Sundeep Kishan, the film also stars Faria Abdullah, Raju Sundaram, Sampath Raj, Shiv Panditt, Yog Japee, Sheela Rajkumar, and several others in key roles. The technical crew includes music composer Thaman, cinematographer Krishnan Vasant, editor Praveen KL, and stunt choreographers Venkat and Selva.

The film has reportedly been shot across multiple locations including Chennai, Thailand, Salem, and Thalakona. Ever since the project was announced as Jason Sanjay’s debut directorial venture, expectations surrounding the film have remained high among fans and industry circles alike.

Notably, the teaser of Sigma, which was released a few months ago, generated a strong response for its stylish presentation and intriguing setup.
