Jailer crosses 500 crores at the worldwide box office, 2nd Tamil film to do so!
Superstar Rajinikanth’s Jailer performed incredibly well at the box office, both in the domestic regions and the overseas centres. The film has now entered the 500 crore club in Tamil cinema, and Superstar Rajinikanth is the only actor to have two films in the club – 2.0 and now Jailer.
Jailer is also the third-highest collecting film of all-time in Kollywood, and trade pundits feel that it could overtake Vikram if it does better in its third weekend. Let’s wait and see!
