Iyshwarya in a never-seen-before role in ‘Idam Porul Eval’
Iyshwarya Rajesh who played the lead role opposite Vijay Sethupathi’s Rummy and Pannaiyaarum Padminiyum currently has Thirudan Police and Idam Porul Eval in her kitty. But, she is not paired with Vijay Sethupathi in the latter. Her role in Seenu Ramasamy’s Idam Porul Eval is tipped to be a never-seen-before character in Tamil cinema. “I can’t reveal much about my role now but what I can say is that there has never been a character like this essayed in Tamil cinema before,” says Iyshwarya on her role.
When quizzed about her role in Thirudan Police where she is paired with Attakathi Dinesh, she says, “Although I play a college girl in this film, I am not the bubbly kind. I essay a very subtle role of an inspector’s daughter. I also play Dinesh’s love interest.” Ask her if she will do any item number or glamorous role in future, “I am open to glam roles, as long as they don’t look vulgar on screen even a small child should be able to watch me. However, I will never do an item number,” says Iyshwarya.
