“Hooked on Meat? Go vegetarian,” urges Amy Jackson in new PETA ad

Amy Jackson was one of the celebrities who got slammed by online warriors during the Jallikattu protests in Chennai for being pro-PETA. Now, unfazed by all the opposition, Amy has starred in a new ad campaign for PETA (People For Ethical Treatment of Animals) and urged everyone to turn vegetarian.

Meat products can cause cancer, heart disease, obesity. So for cutting all of that out… it’s just a no-brainer that we’re going to be a lot healthier. My skin’s got a lot clearer. I’ve noticed a change in my body. I’ve noticed a change in my metabolism. So I feel a lot healthier, a lot lighter, with a lot more energy also,” said Amy in a statement.
