Ghaati Trailer: Anushka Shetty’s bold comeback under Krish Jagarlamudi’s direction

Anushka Shetty makes a powerful comeback with “Ghaati”, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Krish Jagarlamudi. Known for his impactful narratives, Krish had earlier directed the Telugu hit Vedam, later remade in Tamil as Vaanam starring Simbu.

After a brief hiatus from the big screen, Anushka returns with a role that is both powerful and unique. The film tells the story of an indigenous couple who stand up against the oppressive forces of government and corporate power. Set against the backdrop of rural injustice, Ghaati portrays the emotional and physical struggle of a husband and wife who choose resistance over silence.

The film also features high-octane action sequences performed by both Anushka and Vikram Prabhu, promising an intense cinematic experience. For Anushka, Ghaati is expected to mark a notable comeback, showcasing her in a role with depth, strength, and social relevance.
