Fredrick walks out of Andhagan – Tamil remake of Andhadhun

Ponmagal Vandhaal director JJ Fredrick was called up to direct Andhagan, the Tamil remake of Hindi blockbuster Andhadhun. The film was set to star Prashanth in the lead role, with even the first look being launched, but now, Fredrick has found his way out of the project.

The director put out an official statement saying that he is not a part of the film anymore. Thiyagarajan himself will now be taking up the directorial duties for the project, which will have Simran, Karthik and others in the cast.
