Endrendrum Punnagai story plot is all about disappointment, friendship, fun, emotions, ego and love. Ahmed comes up with a perfect cocktail which can sustain among all audiences.

Three friends who grown up, live, work and having fun together are totally fed up with love and marriage. Jiiva is totally against girls, Vinay loves to flirt and being with girls and Santhanam is totally a party/fun lover. Naasar comes as Jiiva’s father whereas Jiiva is totally in avoid of him since he gets married for 2nd time. 3 buddies owns an advertising company and meets Trisha during their official works. The travel continues with fun and father-son emotion battle in the first half and ends at a situation where Vinay and Santa leaves Jiiva, since they wanted to get married.

2nd half carries with all alone Jiiva who continues his work and spends much time with Trisha due to their work schedules. Is Jiiva finds his love space in life? Did the friends reunite? What’s it between the father & son emotions are perfectly narrated in the second half.

Jiiva is perfectly apt for the role and he excelled at his best showing various emotions. Good to see Trisha in a role being not only used in songs and for romance alone. She does the job awesomely done! Santhanam, man he is back big time. Every scenes and dialogues he worked superbly. Especially in 2nd half, the drunkard scene in which he tries to convince his wife that he is not drunk, will make you to roll on floors. Nomination guaranteed for best comedian category of the year! Vinay performs cleanly and good to see after a long time that he found his pace. Andrea comes as hottie model who works in a ad for Jiiva & co and clashes with him since their terms didn’t suit each other.

Cinematography by Madhie is a BIG plus for the movie and his capture looks brilliant on screen. Special mentions for him from the crowd while coming off after watching. Way to go Madhie! Harris did well in BGM score comparatively considering with songs. A neat score which is not over the plot. Duration could have crisped in second half, but it wouldn’t mind you much as well. Ahmed makes his comeback very strong post Vaamanan which hit way back in the year 2009.

Overall, you can enjoy and get entertained throughout in Endrendrum Punnagai. Smiles all the way!
