Jigarthanda Double X is all set to one of the primary releases for the Diwali weekend, as the film is all set to hit the screens on the 10th of November. The team has just got done with a promotional tour to Dubai, and now, they have returned to Chennai for the pre-release event taking place later today.
Interestingly, it has been revealed by the team that an entire village had been created for the film and it is said to have costed close to 15 crores for the team. Important portions of the film were shot there, after which the team handed over the village to the nearby folk for their use. The film directed by Karthik Subbaraj features Raghava Lawrence, SJ Suryah, Nimisha Sajayan, Shine Tom Chacko and others.
