Dhanush’s D56 officially launches in Madurai with Tamizharasan Pachamuthu

Dhanush’s upcoming film, tentatively titled D56, is being launched in Madurai today, marking the official beginning of the project. The film has already created curiosity with its promising combination of cast and crew.

Dhanush leads an ensemble cast that includes Preity Mukundan, Vadivelu, SJ Suryah and Uriyadi fame Vijay Kumar. The diverse casting brings together performers from different generations, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project.

Lubber Pandhu fame Tamizharasan Pachamuthu is directing D56. Following the success of his debut film, the filmmaker is now teaming up with Dhanush for this upcoming project. Young composer Sai Abhyankkar has been roped in to handle the music.

D56 is produced jointly by Sithara Entertainments and Primark Productions. With the launch currently taking place in Madurai, more details about the film’s storyline, shooting plans and technical team are expected to emerge soon.

Meanwhile, Dhanush’s immediate next release is OM, which is expected to hit theatres in November. With D56 now officially beginning its journey, the actor has another major project lined up alongside his upcoming release.
