Recent buzz suggesting that director H. Vinoth narrated a story to Superstar Rajinikanth has been trashed as false. The acclaimed filmmaker’s next project is now confirmed to be with actor Dhanush, putting all speculations to rest.
Interestingly, this collaboration between H Vinoth and Dhanush was originally set to take place before Jana Nayagan. However, the timeline shifted when Vinoth was offered the opportunity to direct Thalapathy Vijay’s final film. Demonstrating mutual respect and understanding, Dhanush graciously stepped aside, acknowledging the significance of that milestone in Vijay’s career and allowing Vinoth to pursue it.
With Jana Nayagan gearing for Pongal 2026 release, the long-awaited Dhanush – Vinoth project is finally set to roll immediately after its premiere. The film will be bankrolled by Lalit Kumar under the banner of 7 Screen Studio, with music composed by Sam CS, promising an exciting combination of talent.
