A recent report on Pinkvilla has suggested that Superstar Rajinikanth’s Coolie directed by Lokesh Kanaraj is one of the costliest Tamil films ever, as the film is being made on a budget of 375 crores.
Rajinikanth is said to have received a salary of 150 crores, along with Lokesh Kanagaraj getting a paycheck of 50 crores, which is said to be the highest ever paid for a director in Kollywood. The film is building its buzz big time with its two small bit songs trending on Instagram, and more announcements are on the way for the film.
