Sivakarthikeyan’s alien-based entertainer Ayalaan has enjoyed a very good second weekend in TN, as the film has registered a good number of ticket sales. The film had a fine Saturday, and then followed it up with a super Sunday where it had a 40% jump over the Saturday collections.
Ayalaan is easily a strong performer amidst the Pongal releases, as it has managed to attract a good number of family audiences, particularly kids who the film has been targeted at. Sivakarthikeyan is now fully moving to concentrate on his next project SK21 which is directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy.
