ATMUS to release VVS & MGR in USA
ATMUS Entertainment has acquired the USA theatrical rights of the current hot film in the trade, ‘Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam’ (VVS) starring Sivakarthikeyan and Sathyaraj in the lead roles.
The film is certified ‘U’ by the Censor Board and all set to release on September 6th all over the USA with possible premieres onSeptember 5th.
VVS is directed by Ponram, a former associate of director Rajesh (Boss Engira Baskaran, OKOK) and Rajesh himself has written the dialogues for this out and out comedy entertainer. The expectations are sky high due to the continuous success run of Sivakarthikeyan.
Music by D Imaan is a super hit and the ‘oodha coloru ribbon’ is topping the charts.
ATMUS Entertainment has also acquired the USA theatrical rights of Sundar C’s Madha Gaja Raja (MGR) that is releasing on September 6th. Sundar C is on a high now after the release of TVSK. The movie stars Vishal, Santhanam, Prakash Raj and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar. Vishal is so confident about the movie that he went ahead and purchased the entire movie from Gemini for a whopping price. This combo with Santhanam at his best is to deliver a mass comedy entertainer next month.
