Arulnithi’s Demonte Colony 3 first look unveiled; horror franchise returns with dark new chapter
Director Ajay Gnanamuthu expands the Demonte Colony universe as Arulnithi returns, with the first look hinting at unresolved horrors and darker supernatural forces resurfacing.

Fans of Tamil horror have reason to celebrate as the first look of Demonte Colony 3 has been unveiled, promising that lingering terrors from the past will once again plague Arulnithi’s character in this chilling new sequel.
Directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, who steered the original Demonte Colony and its 2024 sequel, the third instalment of the horror-thriller franchise takes a darker turn with its ominous subtitle The End Is Too Far. The newly released poster emphasizes a more sinister tone, hinting that evil forces remain dominant despite efforts to confront them.
Arulnithi, known for his versatility in genre cinema, returns to headline the film alongside Priya Bhavani Shankar, with Archana Ravichandran, Muthukumar and Meenakshi Govindarajan also reprising their roles from the previous chapter. Sam CS, who scored the earlier films, continues his collaboration as the music composer for this installment as well.
According to the first look reveal, the narrative appears poised to delve deeper into the supernatural lore that has defined the Demonte Colony series, building on the unsettling atmosphere and enigmatic plot threads of its predecessors. While specific plot details are still under wraps, the teaser imagery and title strongly suggest that the malevolent presence at the heart of the story will persist into unexplored territory.
Production on Demonte Colony 3 has advanced close to completion, with reports noting that principal photography is nearly wrapped and post-production work is underway. The team is targeting a summer 2026 release, offering horror fans a return to the franchise’s eerie world in the coming months.
