Ameer replaces Vijay Sethupathi in Vada Chennai; plays an intense character
Director Ameer will replace Vijay Sethupathi, who was earlier roped in to play an extended cameo in Vada Chennai which is being directed by Vetrimaaran. Vijay Sethupathi opted out of the film due to inordinate delays in the shooting schedule.
“Ameer plays an intense character in the film. He will join the team in the next schedule,” informs a source in the know. Produced by Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films, Vada Chennai has Andrea Jeremiah and Aishwarya Rajesh in important roles. Samuthirakani is also part of the cast.
