Taking to X, Allu Arjun described DC as a “Tamil classic” and strongly recommended it to movie lovers. He also referred to the film as a poetic experience that would connect deeply with those who appreciate its style and storytelling.
The actor congratulated the entire team and gave special recognition to director Arun Matheswaran. He expressed high regard for the filmmaker’s work and also praised the film’s technical aspects. Allu Arjun specifically appreciated Anirudh Ravichander’s music, while also highlighting the performances of Wamiqa Gabbi and Lokesh Kanagaraj.
Interestingly, Allu Arjun’s appreciation comes at a notable point, as he is already set to collaborate with Lokesh Kanagaraj. The duo will join hands for AA23, which marks Lokesh’s Telugu directorial debut. The film is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers, with Anirudh Ravichander composing the music.

Released on August 7, DC marks Lokesh Kanagaraj’s acting debut under Arun Matheswaran’s direction. The film stars Wamiqa Gabbi and Sanjana Krishnamoorthy, with music by Anirudh Ravichander.
