Allu Arjun and Lokesh Kanagaraj officially announce new film collaboration

Icon Star Allu Arjun is all set to join forces with acclaimed filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj for his next big venture, marking one of the most anticipated collaborations in South Indian cinema. The announcement was made official on the festive occasion of Bhogi, January 14th, by Mythri Movie Makers through a social media video unveiling the project.

Tentatively titled AA23 and trending across platforms as #AALoki and #LK7, the film has already sparked widespread excitement among fans and cinephiles. In its announcement post, the production house described the union as “a collaboration that will be eternal in Indian cinema,” underlining the scale and ambition behind the project.

The makers have confirmed that music composer Anirudh Ravichander will be part of the creative team, marking a fresh alliance with the actor-director duo. Shooting is expected to begin later this year, with plans to release the film across multiple languages, positioning it as a pan-Indian spectacle.

This collaboration follows Allu Arjun’s ongoing work with director Atlee on another high-profile project and comes on the heels of his tremendous success with the Pushpa franchise. Lokesh Kanagaraj, is expected to bring his unique cinematic style to the venture, heightening industry expectations.
