Adhik Ravichandran confirms Ajith Kumar’s ‘AK 64’ as next project!
Following the rousing success of Good Bad Ugly, director Adhik Ravichandran has officially confirmed that he will team up once again with Ajith Kumar for the actor’s 64th film, tentatively titled AK 64. Speaking to a media at the audio launch event of GV Prakash Kumar’s upcoming film Blackmail, Adhik revealed that this project will be “very different” from GBU and promised that official announcements are expected soon.
GV Prakash Kumar, who composed the music for GBU, is expected to score the soundtrack once again, continuing his collaboration with Adhik. The project is likely to be produced by Romeo Pictures, with a theatrical release targeted for Summer 2026.
Slated to go on floors in Oct/Nov, Malayalam superstar Mohanlal is in talks for a key role, and KGF fame Srinidhi Shetty is the leading contender for the female lead.
