Jailer 2 first single release date: Rajinikanth’s film song to drop on August 21
The first single from Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2, composed by Anirudh, will drop on August 21, ahead of the film’s October 15 worldwide theatrical release.
The Jailer 2 first single release date has been officially announced. The first song from Superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming action entertainer will be released on August 21.
With Anirudh Ravichander composing the music, the first single is expected to be an energetic dance number. The song is said to be on the lines of Kaavaalaa from the first part, which became a major chartbuster. As reported earlier in December, the upcoming track is also expected to feature Nora Fatehi.
Meanwhile, the audio launch of Jailer 2 is tentatively scheduled for the first week of October, according to sources. An official confirmation regarding the audio launch date is expected soon.
Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, Jailer 2 features a powerful ensemble cast. The film brings together Rajinikanth with SJ Suryah, Mohanlal, Shivarajkumar, Ramya Krishnan and several other prominent actors.
Backed by Sun Pictures, the highly anticipated sequel is gearing up for a grand worldwide theatrical release on October 15. With the first single arriving on August 21, the makers are expected to intensify the film’s promotions in the coming weeks.
