Dharman shoot progresses in Chennai; Intro Song shot on grand Hospital set
A grand hospital set has hosted the intro song, action scenes and talkie portions as the highly anticipated film continues its Chennai schedule.

The shooting of Dharman, starring Super Star Rajinikanth, is progressing at a brisk pace in Chennai. Directed by Ashwath Marimuthu and backed by Raaj Kamal Films International (RKFI), the highly anticipated project has been filming continuously in the city, and is said to go for the next two months.
According to industry sources, a major portion of the film has been planned and executed in Chennai. However, the makers may shift to Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad for an additional schedule if required. The production team has reportedly erected a grand hospital set, where several key sequences, including the film’s introduction song, action blocks and important talkie portions, have already been shot.
One of the highlights of the schedule is said to be Rajinikanth’s introductory dance number, choreographed by Sandy Master. The sequence is expected to be a major attraction in the film and has been mounted on a large scale.
The film also features Simran and Raashi Khanna in pivotal roles. While Simran is said to be paired opposite Rajinikanth, Raashi Khanna reportedly plays a significant character that is expected to have a strong impact on the narrative.
Sources close to the production suggest that the shooting atmosphere has been energetic and enjoyable, with Rajinikanth actively participating in the schedule. The camaraderie between the veteran actor and director Ashwath Marimuthu has reportedly become one of the talking points on set, contributing to a positive and vibrant working environment.
With Anirudh composing the music, Dharman continues to generate significant excitement among fans. The combination of Rajinikanth, Ashwath Marimuthu, RKFI and Anirudh has already raised expectations, making the film one of the most anticipated Tamil releases currently in production.
