Vijay Sethupathi all praise for ‘Legend’ Puri Jagannadh in upcoming film
Actor Vijay Sethupathi’s upcoming collaboration with director Puri Jagannadh is generating major buzz. At a press meet for Sir Madam (the Telugu title of Thalaivan Thalaivii), Sethupathi praised the filmmaker, calling him a “legend” and highlighting the enjoyable working experience.
The untitled film marks their first collaboration and is shaping up as a pan-India entertainer. Sethupathi shared, “Puri sir’s timing, dialogue writing, and execution are just awesome. Working with him is a great experience. The film is coming out really well.”
Samyuktha Menon plays the female lead, while veteran actress Tabu joins the cast in a significant role. Kannada actor Duniya Vijay also plays a key part.
Launched last month with a formal pooja, the film is presented by Charmme Kaur under the Puri Connects banner and co-produced by JB Narayana Rao Kondrolla of JB Motion Pictures. The film will be released in five languages – Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada. While the music composer hasn’t been announced, Mahati Swara Sagar is reportedly being considered.
