Varalaxmi Sarathkumar plays cop in Sibiraj’s Kshanam remake

Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has been roped to play the role of a cop in Sibiraj’s Tamil remake of Telugu hit Kshanam, which is being directed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy of Saithan fame. The film, which also has Remya Nambeesan as Sibiraj’s romantic interest and went on floors in the first week of November, is expected to be completed in a single schedule.

Bankrolled by Sibiraj’s home banner Nathambal Film Factory, this yet-untitled film also features Anandraj and Sathish in important roles. Sibiraj is currently awaiting the release of Kattappava Kaanom, where he is paired opposite Aishwarya Rajesh.
