Suriya’s S3 (Singam 3) becomes C3 (Cingam 3)
The makers of Suriya’s S3 (Singam 3) have confirmed that the film will be henceforth called C3 (Cingam 3). While there are reports that the title change is to facilitate the film’s eligibility for entertainment tax exemption, a reliable source suggests that it could also be because of Sun TV’s copyrights issue with the word Singam in the title.
Meanwhile, Suriya has started promoting the movie vigorously on ground and his multi-city tour commences today. He will be visiting Kovai Ganga theater around 2 PM today, after which he will head to Thirrusur, Kerala at 5 PM to meet his large gathering of fans. Suriya will be visiting Thiruvananthapuram to interact with the press tomorrow. C3 is all set for worldwide release on January 26th in Tamil and Telugu.
