Sony Music bags Uttama Villain and Anegan

Sony Music India has bagged the audio rights for Kamal Haasan’s Uttama Villain and Dhanush’s Anegan. With the acquisition of these two big projects, their dream run in the Tamil film music continues. Uttama Villain has music by Ghibran and Anegan has music by Harris Jayaraj. It is worth remembering that Ghibran and Harris Jayaraj’s previous albums Amara Kaaviyam and Yaan were also released by Sony Music.

Their future projects include AR Rahman’s Kaaviya Thalaivan and Ai. Besides, they also hold rights for Thaman’s Meagamann. This year has been successful for Sony Music with hit albums like Maan Karate, Kochadaiiyaan, Yennamo Yedho and Rummy. Sony Music’s next album is GV Prakash’s Irumbu Kuthirai which will be unveiled on August 6th.
