Shruti Haasan plays a taxi driver in Thala 56?
After the shooting spot pictures of Ajith and Lakshmi Menon were out, there were wide speculations that Ajith plays the role of a taxi driver in the film. Now, sources say Shruti Haasan is the one who plays a taxi driver based in Kolkatta and not Ajith.
The team is likely to shoot their schedule in Kolkatta during the first week of June. Directed by Siva, Thala 56 has music by Anirudh Ravichander. The film is slated for Diwali release.
