Samantha to join Thalapathy 61 shooting from early June

Samantha Ruth Prabhu will join the shooting of Vijay’s Thalapathy 61 in Chennai from the first week of June. After wrapping up Nithya Menen’s portions, the makers are currently filming important scenes including a song on Vijay and Kajal Aggarwal in Europe.

The Europe leg of the shoot is expected to be wrapped up in another four to five days and the team will head back to India. Produced by Sri Thenandal Films, the movie is directed by Atlee and will have music composed by AR Rahman.
