Lakshmi Menon’s modern avatar for Rekka
Lakshmi Menon, who has been mostly seen in village belle characters, will essay the role of a college student and don modern costumes in Rekka, where she is paired opposite Vijay Sethupathi for the first time.
The team has already completed the first leg of shooting in Madurai, Kumbakonam and Karaikudi. Lakshmi Menon will join the team for the next schedule towards the end of this month. Billed as a rom-com, Rekka is directed by Rathina Shiva of Vaa Deal fame.
