Lakshmi Menon has got a new companion in K’town who calls her ‘the best friend’. Yes, Soodhu Kavvum girl Sanchita Shetty and Lakshmi Menon are the new friends in K’town. Recently, they met in an award function and after a small talk, the duo really enjoyed each other’s company, says a source. Sanchita Shetty, in fact, calls Lakshmi Menon her best friend in the industry now.

While Sanchita Shetty has not signed any new films in Tamil after Pizza 2, Lakshmi Menon is a busy bee with a spate of projects in her kitty. She is awaiting the release of Sippai where she is paired with Gautham Karthik and is currently acting in Komban opposite Karthi. She has also reportedly signed Suseenthiran’s next film with Vishal and Vetrimaaran’s Soodhadi with Dhanush.
