Jeethu Joseph not worried about working with Kamal Haasan

The Tamil remake of super-hit Malayalam film Drishyam is set to roll out in two weeks. Jeethu Joseph, the director of the original, will also helm the remake which has Kamal Haasan reprising the role of Mohan Lal.  It will be jointly produced by Suresh Balaje of Wide Angle Creations and Raj Kumar Sethupathy and Sripriya Rajkumar of Raj Kumar Theatres Pvt Ltd. Ghibran is roped in to compose music for the film.

On working with Kamal Haasan, Jeethu Joseph says “Till date I have been proved wrong with regard to the rumours that I heard about all the big stars I worked with, be it Suresh Gopi, Mohanlal or others. About Kamal Haasan, I was told that he interferes in direction. But after discussions with him, we have come to a mutual agreement and he seemed convinced about me as a director. But I leave the casting to him, as he knows the Tamil industry, the culture and even the slang more than me. I have only learnt from his experience and after interacting with him, I am very happy.”
