Highlights of Kappal Audio Launch: Quotes from Vijay, Vikram, Shankar, ARR

The audio launch of Kappal directed by Karthick G Krish, a former associate of directort Shankar happened in the city with glitz, bromance and a lot of action. Shankar has revived his long-shelved banner S Pictures to release Kappal which he says is a laugh riot.  It has music by Natarajan Sankaran of Moodar Koodam fame. The audio launch was graced yesterday by high-profile K’town celebrities including Vijay, Vikram and AR Rahman thanks to Shankar’s rapport with these busiest stars. the film’s trailer was also unveiled yesterday.   • Choreographer Satish gave a scorching performance for a fusion of Vijay’s superhit songs which left Ilayathalapathy with a smile on his face. Vijay’s most beautiful quote came when he said Vikram is his best friend in the industry and he wouldn’t hesitate to tell this to anyone. And fittingly, they both sat together at the function.   • While Vijay said Vikram is his best friend in the industry, Vikram candidly said he is a huge fan of Vijay and his dancing style. He also disclosed that he prefers to shake the leg to Vijay’s hit songs at parties. Another embarrasing moment came for Vijay when Vikram said he used to gossip a lot about cinema whenever he meets Vijay but he always stays quiet.
