Bruce Lee joins Bairavaa for Pongal race
GV Prakash’s long-awaited Bruce Lee has been confirmed to hit screens for Pongal 2017 alongside Vijay’s commercial pot boiler Bairavaa. Interestingly, GVP essays the role of an ardent Vijay fan in the film directed by Prashanth, an erstwhile associate of director Pandiraj. It must also be noted that GVP is a Ilayathalapathy fan in real life too.
Produced by Selva Kenanya’s Kenanya Films, Bruce Lee features Kriti Kharbanda as the female lead. The music for the film is composed by GV Prakash. After the box office debacle of Kadavul Irukaan Kumaaru, GVP is said to be pinning high hopes on Bruce Lee to revive his mettle at the cash registers.
